In the event of a claim for the financial failure
of an airline or under insurance cover in respect
of the failure of a tour operator then please
complete either of the two specified downloadable claims forms
enclosed. To ensure that we are able to deal with your claim
as quickly as possible please ensure that you forward all relevant
original documentation to substantiate your claim and that you
sign all sections of the form as required.
